No Emergency Guarantee

RoktoBindu Foundation works to connect patients with donors and support networks as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee donor availability, response time, medical outcome, or financial assistance in every case.

Medical Disclaimer

Our platform does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Patients and families must always follow guidance from licensed doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Privacy & Data Protection

Use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal, donor, and medical information is handled with consent, confidentiality, and restricted access for humanitarian purposes only.

Donation Transparency

Donations and support activities must be used only for verified humanitarian purposes. RoktoBindu Foundation may maintain internal records, case notes, and verification details to promote accountability and prevent misuse.

AI-Assisted Features

The platform may use AI-assisted tools to help summarize applications, organize information, or support communication. AI tools do not replace human verification or final decision-making by the foundation team.
